About the Chef
Giuseppe is the owner and head chef. He is from Salerno, Italy and has had professional training and experience in Nice, France, Montecarlo, Switzerland and world wide on cruise ships. Giuseppe excels in preparation of fish and shellfish dishes and loves to make special entrees for his regular clients.
