Giuseppe Galietta
Executive Chef & Founder
Giuseppe is the owner and head chef. He is from Salerno, Italy and has had professional training and experience in Nice, France, Montecarlo, Switzerland and world wide on cruise ships. Giuseppe excels in preparation of fish and shellfish dishes and loves to make special entrees for his regular clients. Anaheim Ducks Hockey Pre-Game Tradition.
From the very beginning, Italian generosity and being involved in the communities in which we do business has been an important part of our restaurant culture. We regularly support fundraising events to help local schools, churches and non-profits raise money by donating cuisine and gift certificates. Through our fundraising program, Barolo Café is proud to have donated thousands of dollars back to numerous community non-profits across Orange County since 1992.
